Subtitle: Do We Really Need Another Gluten-Free Blog?
About a year ago I started thinking that it would be really fun to start a blog where I could share the experience of building a new business and a new life in Montana. But those afore mentioned activities have kept me hoppin' 24/7, so it just stayed a thought. Finally, last week "Little House on the Gluten-Free Prairie" launched to the world. This blog, Not Even A Crumb, will remain a clearing house for the latest research and other Celiac related stories. Two years ago I could never have imagined that my family and I would own a gluten-free bakery on Main Street in Manhattan, Montana. And like the pain of childbirth, the March flood that desvastated Main Street is now a distant memory. What a journey it has been. Today our products are in stores all over the country and we're about to be international too. Over at the Little House blog I can share the story as it unfolds. Recipes using our GF oats, oat flour and groats will be there too. Like this one for our Deep Dark Chocolate Brownies.I'm excited to share our story. Here's a link to the new blog.Little House on the Gluten Free Prairie
