Thank you for your inspiration Dr. Seuss.
And OH the gluten-free places I have been! And while it might seem like I've been on an extended bloggers vacation here, I can explain. I have been working very hard to prepare for the next leg of my journey on the Gluten-Free road to Enlightenment
. In a nutshell; with the help of a very loving family and supportive group of friends, today our Gluten-Free Dreams are becoming a reality.
As many of you know, last year my family and I launched our new business: Gluten-Free Prairie. The business took off quickly and today we are running as fast as we possbily can just to keep up with it. It's always been a family motto to "Walk through every open door, even if it's only open a tiny crack". As this journey unfolds, it seems that everyday a new door opens. Often presenting challenges and frustrations, we're constantly exhausted and exhilarated- and we keep on walking. As I write this we are in almost 100 stores - including all of the major camp stores in Yellowstone National Park! To see if we're in your neighborhood, simply put in your zip code here:HERE
Currently our Locally Grown Oat Based Product line includes 5 products - all this in just one year. We all feel that we are living the American Dream - as truly we are living proof that "Anything is Possible". So what could make it better? How about our very own Gluten-Free Prairie production facility? Last week we closed escrow on what will soon be the Worldwide Headquarters of Gluten-Free Prairie LLC. (I'm still pinching myself). This awesome 100 yr old building is on Main Street in our little town.
Living the dream in the Heart of Big Sky Country brings with it many responsibilities opportunities. So, soon I'll be launching new blog associated with GFP. As I transition to my new blog: "Little House on the Gluten-Free Prairie", Not Even A Crumb is not going away - I will maintain this site and continue to post information on latest research, timely legislation as well as all things related to Celiac and gluten-sensitivity. Currently I'm hanging new curtains and arranging the flowers over at Little House on the Gluten-Free Prairie, please stay tuned, the official launch party is coming very soon.
