When I arrived on the set to shoot this restaurant review, no one knew I was Celiac. I had secretly brought my own GF food. As we set up for the first shot, I quietly shared my situation with the owner of the restaurant. I told him I would be faking the sampling of his fare. "But, you don't have to. We have a Gluten-Free Menu". Tears filled my eyes. I was speechless. And, as you can probably tell, I throughly enjoyed my first on-camera Gluten-Free meal.
